30-day returns
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. Items must be unused, free of scratches, and in the original packaging.
Quality issues
For manufacturing or quality defects, we provide free returns or exchanges and cover return shipping.
Fit issues
If an accessory does not fit because of a sizing or matching error, you may return it within 30 days if it is undamaged. We recommend confirming lug width and model compatibility with customer service before ordering.
How to start a return
Email customer service with your order number and the reason for return. We will issue a return label. Customers in the US, EU, UK, and selected other regions may receive a free return label.
Warranty
- Straps, cases, and general accessories: 3-6 month warranty (excludes damage from misuse)
- Watch repair tools: 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects (excludes drop damage, water exposure from misuse, and similar artificial damage)
- Quality issues under warranty: free replacement or refund
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
