Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Fuerman Watch Bands ships to over 200 countries and regions.
Processing time
Orders placed before 15:00 (China time) on business days usually ship the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day. Standard processing is 1-2 business days.
Delivery time
- Standard shipping: about 7-15 days, depending on destination
- Expedited shipping: about 3-7 days, depending on destination
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout by package weight and destination. Free standard shipping may apply when your order meets the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout (for example, orders over $50 when that promotion is active).
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. After shipment we send a tracking number so you can follow the package on our Order Tracking page.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Import duties, VAT, or other local taxes may apply in the EU, UK, Australia, and other regions. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Many low-value packages to the US and Canada are not charged tax, subject to local customs rules.
Lost or damaged packages
Orders include tracking and shipping insurance. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with photos when helpful. We can arrange a full refund or a free reshipment.
Address changes
Contact us before the order ships if you need to change the address, color, or size. After shipment, the address cannot be changed; you may refuse delivery and place a new order.
